The 'Modified Proctor/Fagerberg Method for Coal' or TML0037 is a document describing the test method used to determine the Transportable Moisture Limit (TML) of Group A or liquefiable Coal[1]. This method has been developed through extensive research undertaken by the Australian coal industry under the auspices of the Australian Coal Association Research Program (ACARP). The scope of this research was reported to the CCC1 session of the IMO in September 2014[2].
