The 'Coal Transportable Moisture Limit Project – Technical submission to the Australian Maritime Safety Authority' or TML0036 is a document providing a summary of the technical background to the Modified Proctor/Fagerberg method for determination of Transportable Moisture Limit (TML) for coal, which is a Group A or liquefiable solid bulk cargo. This method has been developed through extensive research undertaken by the Australian coal industry under the auspices of the Australian Coal Association Research Program (ACARP). The scope of this research was reported to the CCC1 session of the IMO in September 2014[1].
