Arne Stavang (1971)[1].

Arne Stavang, along with Bengt Fagerberg and Kjell Eriksson, were instrumental in the development of the Proctor/Fagerberg Test (PFT) between 1962[2] and 1971[1].

Arne Stavang was born in 1906 and is a graduate from the Technical University of Norway in 1934. He was Chief Chemist at A/S Sydvaranger, Kirkenes, Norway during the time the Proctor/Fagerberg Test (PFT) was being developed[1].
